In-Person Classes

Guided mindfulness mediation classes, delivered in a group setting are a great option for beginners or those who have had difficulty getting to grips with the nuts and bolts of meditation techniques in the past. Offering, friendship, and support, these immersive in-person, tutor-led experiences will not only help you better manage your health and well-being, but they are closely aligned to real-life challenges and designed to encourage active citizenship within the community.

Class and Workshop Structure

Here’s what to expect from an in-person class or themed workshop. Drawing on the latest insights from contemporary neuroscience and ancient wisdom, you will learn a range of simple techniques that will not only help you to feel calmer and better able to cope with life’s challenges, but also achieve greater protection from long term ill health.

Techniques

All classes, workshops and events are based on a secular approach and grounded in mindful awareness techniques that can be applied to any given situation, rather than practiced for a specific amount of time. Suitable for people from all walks of life, the straightforward tuition will help to reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity, as well as promote personal resilience and greater levels of happiness. Basic exercises include, breathwork, body scan, positive affirmations and visualisations. Occasionally there will be additional options such as mindful movement.


Neuroscience  

Given the overwhelming evidence that unhealthy lifestyles are contributing to a range of physiological health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and inflammatory conditions, integrative mind-body interventions, like meditation can play a significant part in future prevention and treatment of disease. Numerous scientific studies have shown that meditation not only positively affects what goes on in the brain, but what happens to the body at a cellular level, and has the potential to improve physical and mental health outcomes for all.


Personal Development

Studies have also shown that mindfulness meditation not only aids in relieving stress, depression, and anxiety, but it has also been noted that practitioners experience enhanced levels of self esteem, and brain function, leading to greater life satisfaction and personal resilience. We can all use a little more balance in our lives, and meditation is known to be an effective way to center oneself and promote overall well-being and happiness.

  • A one-hour therapeutic session covering a range of techniques, correct body positioning and, neuroscientific context aligned to each theme.

  • Customisable soundtrack, essential oils, mats, blankets and, eye pillows.

  • Option to join a private Facebook group for peer support, latest insights, articles, and additional tips and activities.

Investment & Booking

£7 Pay as you go for weekly classes. Workshop fees £35 half-day- £65 full day

Your personal wellbeing is priceless and I hope that you will prioritise your physical and emotional health as an investment. I have kept the price at a rate I feel is fair and accessible whilst covering the enriched experiences and resources you will receive.

Weekly classes are operated on a pay as you go basis and can be purchased on the day by contactless or Bacs payment. For workshops or bespoke creative mindfulness experiences, the fee per person will be determined by the number of people attending, cost of venue hire, and duration of the event. Should you decide to proceed with a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required due to the time and materials that will be invested in creating these exclusive events.
