  • We can meet, online, or in person at a venue that best suits your needs and lifestyle. You can also share a session with a partner or one or two friends.

The Programme

Here’s what to expect from a tailor-made class. Drawing on the latest insights from contemporary neuroscience and ancient Buddhist wisdom, a personalised practice will be designed especially for you and taught with the aim of helping you to discover sources of well-being and resilience regardless of your current situation.

What matters to you?

Starting with an initial assessment call, you will be provided with an opportunity to discuss your individual concerns and ambitions. Offering you a warm welcome and personalised experience from the outset, we will then work together to create a plan that will help you find balance amidst the ever-changing circumstances of life.


Lessons by appointment  

Depending on your personal requirements, you can either opt to enrol for one-off tuition or book a series of weekly classes, with the further option of a follow-up session to review the practice we have developed together and determine how best to take forward what has been of the most value and interest.


Guided mindfulness meditation events

Why not allow me to create a truly unique and mindfully creative event that can be hosted at your home or venue of choice. Custom designed to suit a range of celebrations or milestones, I will work with you to create a bespoke experience that can incorporate elements of fun and joy, or peace and relaxation to suit your requirements.

What you’ll receive

  • One to One Discovery Call to establish your current situation and create a personalised plan.

  • Personalised resources and advice to support your learning journey.

  • A one-hour therapeutic session delivered online or in-person with the option to book additional classes if you wish to deepen your practice further.

  • A live-guided mindful practice aligned to the themes of your individual practice.

  • Access to a customised mindfulness recording for you to use whenever you chose.

  • A copy of your personal plan, and an opportunity for a review consultation on the completion of your learning experience.

Investment & Booking

£25 per hour for individual support

Your personal well-being is priceless and I hope that you will prioritise your physical and emotional health as an investment. I have kept the price at a rate I feel is fair and accessible whilst covering the enriched experiences and resources you will receive.

For group sessions or guided mindfulness events, the fee per person will be determined by the number of people attending and include additional travel costs if appropriate. A quotation will be provided on request. Should you decide to proceed with a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required due to the time and materials that will be invested in creating your exclusive event.
